TennisWorks Academy is a series of week-long summer camps that engage youth in hands-on tennis and academic enrichment activities designed to build confidence and self-awareness, spark curiosity, open doors to new experiences, and deepen a sense of belonging within our supportive community.

Camp Description:
Campers get picked up at home by coaches in our 15-passenger van between 8:45 and 9:45 a.m. or dropped off at FWTEC just before 10:00 a.m. Camp begins with get-to-know-you activities and ice breakers at 10:00 a.m., followed by educational enrichment until 12:00 p.m. Enrichment will vary from off-site field trips to hands-on experiments and interactive activities. Lunch is provided for campers around noon. At 1:00 p.m., students will be on-court to engage in an average of an hour and a half to two hours of tennis instructions and activities. Campers will get dropped off at home by our coaches between 3:15 and 4:15 or picked up at FWTEC.
Cost / Eligibility:
TWA is free for all participants. The camp is open to current students in grades 3-8 with priority registration for TennisWorks program participants and those who are eligible for federal free or reduced lunch programs.

Transportation to and from camp is available to students within the following zip codes: 55111, 55417, 55419, 55409, 55408, 55404, 55407, and 55406. Contact Leslie Oskey if transportation outside these areas is needed.
