Junior Fitness Training Sessions


Junior Fitness Training is designated for players in High Performance and High School 1, 2, and 3 (ages 14+). These 60-minute sessions will focus on mobility, core work, balance, coordination, and strength training specific to tennis.  The objective of these training sessions is to teach foundations and technique of strength training to reduce injury and add strength and power to tennis performance.

During the training sessions we will utilize various equipment such as the Bosu, exercise bands, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, bodyweight, dumbbells, and more.

Due to the smaller class size, the lead trainer will help individualize the program to each participant's fitness needs. Classes are designed and instructed by a certified personal trainer with a master's degree in exercise science and background in strength and conditioning for athletes.
